Giorgio Armani and Lady Gaga have collaborated in the past. Whether it was on red carpet dresses or tour costumes, the two have proved to be a team that works very well together.
Their latest collaboration comes in the form of costumes for Gaga’s upcoming Born This Way Ball tour, which kicks off in Seoul on April 27th.

The costumes are very representative of Gaga but also show off the Armani aesthetic at the same time. There are masks, thigh high boots, and in one instance, a keyboard and guitar as part of a headpiece/corset combination piece.
Armani also plans on incorporating black Swarovski jet crystals and luminous studs into the already over the top costumes.

“Collaborating with Lady Gaga is always an exciting experience for me. I admire the way she uses fashion as a scenic element and as a means to build a character,” says Mr. Armani. “She is an artist of many talents and great intelligence. Creating stage costumes for her is a stimulating and creative exercise.”
