Jay-Z is a hip cat that sometimes likes to do things randomly.
Example: this cool, little super short video he just released through his website, LifeAndTimes.

We don’t see much in the video.
It’s a black and white video that shows random shots of a city. You then see hundreds of fans throwing up the roc sign. Flashing throughout the video is the words “Made in America,” which is the title of one of the more somber-sounding songs off of his collabo album with Kanye West, Watch the Throne.
So could this mean we have a new video coming?

Who knows? We just think the 24-sec clip is cool and that it was something we should post. Take a look at the video and tell us what you think it is.
**UPDATE**
Jigga, Jigga, that Jigga he always has something up his sleeve.
Following the release of the aforementioned cryptic video, Jay-Z’s publicist sent out a media alert stating that Jay will be making a major announcement alongside Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter this Monday in Philly.
No word on what exactly the announcement may be in reference to, but we have a penchant that this video has something to do with it.
Jay continues to be hard to decode.
