Timmy Kelly has a special place in Beyonce‘s heart!

DETAILS: Beyonce Wants To Get Her Acting Swag Back

The now 18-year-old, who suffers from Cerebral Palsy, has since met Stevie Wonder, Ludacris, Carrie Underwood and many other big name celebrities, and also had the opportunity to sing “Irreplaceable” with the irreplaceable singer herself.

In an open letter, Beyonce reminisced:

THE FIRST TIME I MET TIMMY KELLY WAS IN 2007, BACKSTAGE AT THE GRAMMYS. HE WAS ONLY 13 AND HE TOUCHED MY HEART WITH HIS VOICE AND HIS LOVE OF MUSIC AND LIFE.

HE IS 18 NOW AND HE’S JUST GRADUATED HIGH SCHOOL – I’M SO PROUD OF HIM!

Although he was born with a disability, Timmy did not let it get in the way of accomplishing his many dreams and goals. Beyonce wrote:

TIMMY WAS BORN BLIND, AND WITH CEREBRAL PALSY. BUT THIS NEVER SLOWED HIM DOWN – HE HAS PROVEN TO EVERYONE, THAT ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE IF YOU BELIEVE IN YOURSELF AND WORK HARD.

IN PHILADELPHIA, HE’S KNOWN AS THE GOOD LUCK CHARM TO THE EAGLES AND WHENEVER HE SINGS THE NATIONAL ANTHEM BEFORE A GAME THEY ALWAYS WIN.

HIS STRENGTH AND DETERMINATION IS AN INSPIRATION.

A recent graduate of Lower Moreland High School in Huntingdon Valley, PA, the determined teenager has plans on continuing his education. Beyonce continued:

TIMMY WAS JUST ACCEPTED TO THE TEMPLE UNIVERSITY’S BOYER COLLEGE OF MUSIC AND DANCE.

CONGRATULATIONS TIMMY!

LOVE,

B

America is proud of Timmy! Keep up the good work and know that anything is possible.
