Jason Kidd, 39, suffered a late night DWI crash a few days ago, and now we find out that he destroyed his Cadillac into oblivion. It’s hard to believe that Kidd survived the crash, escaping with only minor injuries nonetheless, considering how mangled up his truck looks.

One NYPD veteran of 15 years said:
“That’s really his car? I can’t believe Jason Kidd actually survived that. When I see an accident that bad, I expect at least serious injury, if not death.”
Kidd, who told cops that he “had a few drinks” before the wreck, was treated and released for minor injuries at Southampton Hospital in New York.
A source told the Daily News that NBA star Kidd, who recently signed with the Knicks, started his night at a boozy benefit party where liquor was all around and bottles of red wine were sitting at every table.
The source went on to say:
“There was booze on every table, and the people kept bringing drinks.”
We’re thankful that Jason Kidd is alright and we’re confident that the well-respected NBA star will not be involved in any more trouble of this nature any time soon.
