Nike has been getting a lot of positive feedback from the release of their Foamposite line of shoes. So much so that one may call it abnormal, but their next release may be closer to paranormal than anything else.

For the upcoming release of the stop animation movie ParaNorman, Nike has released teaser pictures of the upcoming Nike Air Foamposite “ParaNorman.”

The heel logo features a silhouette of Norman, a special boy who has the power to communicate with zombies, with a ‘ZzZzZz…’ detail on the heel-tab, and the unique graphic on the upper that features two tones of green, mimicking the movie’s poster.

There is no word on whether or not these will be available for sale or if they will only be available through a sweepstakes by watching the movie and entering a code given out after the film’s credits on the film’s website.

This isn’t just a wild guess though, some of you may remember that Nike did just that when Coraline was released and a special edition pair of Nike Dunks was made for the film.

The animation studio that produced both ParaNorman and Coraline is Portland-based LAIKA and is owned by Phil Knight, who also happens to be the CEO of Nike. Coincidence? We think not.

We’ll keep you updated on what actually happens with this release!
