With mega-star sisters like Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen, it’s easy to slip out of the limelight – but not if you’re Elizabeth Olsen.

The younger sister of the twins has paved her own way, and in her latest interview with Bon Appetit magazine, she reveals that the only time she depends on dropping her last name is when she wants dinner reservations at her favorite restaurant!

The magazine caught up with the 23-year-old actress to talk about her favorite foods, her first time hosting a dinner party, and the man she would love to date.

Check out some excerpts from the interview below:

On using her last name to get into restaurants:

“I only use it at Il Buco in New York, because it’s one of my favorite restaurants. If they say they’re booked, then I’m kinda like, ‘Okay, well, I’m in the computer…’”

On being innovative in the kitchen:

“For my first dinner party when I was 17, I wanted to make lamb chops. I bought a full lamb and tried to butcher it–an entire lamb, fat flying everywhere, limbs, you know. My mom was like, “Lizzie, you can ask someone to do that!” I had no idea.”

On dating:

“I would love to date a chef. I’d probably get really fat, but I don’t care.”

It’s going to be hard to top Rick Ross sharing his love for Honey Buns with cheese on top in the last issue of Bon Appetit, but Lizzie’s lamb story comes pretty darn close.
