Chief Keef be chilling with his “youngins,” but it’s his “300” mentality that has many people worried, including rapper Lupe Fiasco

NEW VIDEO: Lupe Fiasco “Bitch Bad”

In a recent interview with Baltimore’s 92Q radio station, Lupe Fiasco dished about the violence in Chicago and how young artists like Chief Keef scare him.

When asked about Chicago newcomers like Maybach Music’s Rockie Fresh and Interscope’s Chief Keef, Lupe replied:

“I don’t know too much about Rockie Fresh…I heard Chief Keef just signed to Interscope. Chief Keef scares me. Not him specifically, but just the culture he represents. My friends and my people are all in those hoods that he represents. The hoodlums, the gangsters, the ones you see killing each other and the murder rate in Chicago has skyrocketed. And you see who’s doing it and perpetrating it – they all look like Chief Keef.”

Lupe Fiasco goes on the explain that he understands Chief Keef and his struggle, but wants to eradicate the mentality of the people who perpetuate the violence in Chicago’s toughest neighborhoods.

Should people worry about Chief Keef and the culture he represents?
