Just in case if you haven’t been paying attention for the last decade or so, Avery Storm has been singing the hooks for some of your favorite rappers. Avery’s smooth voice can be heard on tracks like Rick Ross’ “Rich Off Cocaine,” Jadakiss’ “I Tried” and Nelly’s “Time.”

Now the singer is getting a way to do it on his own. After a couple of years where he lingered on Nelly’s Derrty Ent, the singer is going the independent route with the release of his debut EP, On the Line

The first single off that project is the acoustic-heavy and soulful “Tell Me,” which he just released the video for.

The song tells the story of a relationship that starts to turn sour due to a man’s shortcomings.

The video, which also tells the story, costars rapper Charli Baltimore’s incredibly beautiful daughter, India Christin.

Check out the video above and if you’re feeling the song, head to Avery Storm’s site to pre-cop the new EP.
