Heidi Montag has had a tough few years after going through 10 plastic surgeries in one day, separating from her husband Spencer Pratt, and now going broke after blowing her money fast.
It looks like she let off some of that steam, since she hosted a night at Crazy Horse III strip club in Las Vegas last night!

The Hills star stepped out in a see-through black sheer top that showed off her triple D sized breasts, paired with some black leather shorts.
During the press release prior to the event, Heidi told the media:
I am so excited to host Crazy Horse III’s third anniversary celebration,’ Heidi said in the press release prior to the event. ‘I’m ready to party!’
This is one of the first times that Heidi has been asked to host an event since her time on ‘The Hills’, and she certainly looks great!
