If there’s anyone who’s had a rough year, it’s definitely Chad Johnson.
From getting kicked off the Miami Dolphins and losing endorsements after a domestic dispute with his now ex-wife Evelyn Lozada, his name still isn’t spared from being tainted.
The mother of the NFL star’s child has recently filed legal documents which claim that Chad Johnson is a deadbeat dad.
According to TMZ, Chad hasn’t paid his child support bill of $5,250, which was due on October 15th, and is late paying his previous bills.
The site reports:
Andrea claims she doesn’t have the means to support the child as a result — and wants the court to force Chad to pay up ASAP.
If he still fails to pay, Andrea wants the court to throw Chad in jail until he makes good on his child support agreement.
Chad’s lawyer had no comment — but sources close to Chad tell TMZ, he has always provided for his kid, including buying the mother a home.

So far there is no word on what will happen to Chad and when a judge will rule.
This guy just can’t catch a break!
Hopefully everything works itself out soon enough for both Chad and his baby’s mother.
