Coca-Cola recently premiered their new collection of clothing for the Fall/Winter 2013 season at Fashion Rio in Brazil.

No need to adjust your monitors, you read that correctly. The brand that you know and love for their carbonated beverages is now making clothing.

Many people may not know that this isn’t Coca-Cola’s first venture into fashion. In the ’80s, early ’90s, and even as recently as 2008, they had a relatively successful run making threads for anyone willing to buy, but a clothing line based on a drink has a very limited longevity rate.

Coca-Cola may have learned from their past and put out quite a few pieces that we could honestly see being worn by fashion’s elite and sold in a few pricey stores. The only issue with the rest of the collection is the not-so-subtle branding that includes everything from pants and sweaters to beachwear.
