Well-tailored suits, basset hounds, bold prints and plywood masks may sound like a random mix, but they all came together during Topman’s MAN show for the A/W 2013 season at London Fashion Week.

MAN is a collaboration between Topman and Fashion East, a British non-profit. Each season, a panel of experts such as Nicola Formichetti choose a group of up-and-coming designers to contribute to the MAN collection and receive professional support in launching their own labels.

For MAN’s Autumn/Winter 2013 season, designers Agi & Sam, Astrid Andersen and Craig Green all had their creations come down the runway for one not-so-cohesive show.

Agi&Sam’s latest collection, inspired by the Marquess of Bath, featured cobalt coats, gold print trousers, colorful galoshes and an adorable basset hound (with matching outfits).

Known for lively prints, the lines sported paisleys featuring badges, foxes and pheasants, knickerbockers, body-warmer-style vests and a swish double-breasted navy suit jacket with yellow sleeves.

Astrid Andersen stuck to his sports aesthetic and used athletic themed jersey-like tops, all over print sweatsuits, but it was Craig Green that stuck out the most with models who came down the runway in monochromatic suits accompanied by plywood masks.
