ESPN anchor Stuart Scott used Twitter to reveal that he is battling cancer yet again.
Scott first faced cancer in 2007, when a malignancy had to be treated with chemotherapy. In 2011, he again received treatment after doctors discovered more cancerous tissue.
After his announcement, Scott went on to host the 11 pm EST episode of Sportscenter.
ESPN spokesman Mike Soltys told USA Today Sports that the Sportscenter fixture “plans to continue to work the best he can around his treatments.”
