Over the past few weeks, fans have gotten to see a more personal side of Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins on her hit reality show Totally T-Boz.
During the four-part reality series, we saw T-Boz juggle motherhood, a career, her health, and her life in the studio.
After weeks in the lab, T-Boz releases an inspirational new track to uplift the spirits of those who have fallen on hard times.
“Any war you can win if you stay strong/ Baby, you’re a champion,” sings T-Boz.

The proceeds from T-Boz’s new single will be donated to sickle cell and leukemia research.
