Sporting some light makeup and an over-sized shirt to cover up her baby bump, the 32-year-old pregnant reality starlet had just finished hosting a party in the African country.
Kim has really been making her way around the globe, as she had to host another event in the Middle East just a couple of months ago, which stirred up some controversy.
