Mel Gibson is on to the next one!
The Hollywood star has listed yet another one of his properties, this time it’s his $14.5 million mansion in Malibu. The sale comes after the dust on his very public battle with his baby mama, Oksana Grigorieva, has settled.
The Malibu mansion, called Lavender Hill Farm, is close to the manse previously shared by Kevin Federline and Britney Spears and sits on 2.57 acres. It measures 5,403 square feet with 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and has a private second floor master suite with its own sitting room and open fireplace. There are two walk-in closets, a private, extra-large bathroom with a yellow, black and white tiled floor and twin sinks.
The main house also includes a large kitchen, open plan breakfast room and family room, a small library lined with built-in book shelves, a media/music room, office, exercise room and conservatory. Additionally, there is a floodlit tennis court and an Alice in Wonderland inspired over-sized chess board in the lawn.
