After months of prepping, Rihanna finally kicked off her long awaited 27-city Diamond world tour in New York last night and it was a major success in the wardrobe department.
To the sold crowd at the Buffalo’s First Niagra Center Ri Ri said:
“You guys are all rock stars. There is only one first show, you all have a special place in my heart,”

Her “phresh off the runway” looks included a sparkly dollar bill-patterned mini-dress with matching high-tops, blue sequined jumpsuit, and white bustier with neon leggings.
Following an opening set from her buddy A$AP Rocky, the bad galtook the stage a little after 10 PM and the concert was divided into three acts and featured a four-piece band, eight dancers.

The festivities then started off with her Unapologetic cuts “Mother Mary” and “Phresh Out the Runway” and the show went as the diva ran through twelve of her number one hits, including, “Umbrella,” “Disturbia,” “We Found Love,” and “Diamonds.”
This is just the beginning for Ri Ri as her next show will be in Boston on Sunday and then continues across the U.S. and Canada through May before making its way overseas.
