Kim Kardashian Calling Kris Humphries As A Witness In Divorce Trial (DETAILS)

Kim Kardashian is going into her divorce trial with guns blazing!

We just got our hands on the longest trial of all time’s witness list, and Kim is apparently so confident that she didn’t defraud Kris Humphries into marrying her, that she’s calling him as one of her six witnesses!

Kardashian, 32, lists Humphries, 28, as something of a witness against himself – she expects he’ll provide testimony that’ll bolster the case against the annulment and to disprove the very fraud he’s alleging, say the papers filed by Kardashian’s lawyer Laura Wasser.

Momager Kris Jenner, too, is expected to provide “communications with the parties regarding their relationship” to show that Kardashian “did not defraud” Humphries when they tied the knot in a lavish televised ceremony.

TMZ also says that the prenup was a constant issue between the pair. 

Kim and Kris were constantly bickering over details in the prenup and that he was as interested in the business of marriage as she was.

Other witnesses include two managers, a lawyer and a court reporter who was there when the couple signed the prenup. This is going to be good.
