Billy Ray Cyrus is speaking on his 16 year old daughter’s now infamous lap dance with 44 year old producer Adam Shankman. Billy Ray stated ‘It’s what people her age do.’ later saying Miley Cyrus was just ‘having fun.’
He’s such a cool dad. I know a lot of my home girls who had super strict parents growing up, most of them are still sane. I remember my high school girlfriend had like a million rules and regulations to follow. That didn’t really keep us from each other, we would always find loop holes in those rules. It led us into doing grown up things in very public places. If you know what I mean. Anatomy class in the middle of the park, public library and school gym.
