Today is actress and singer Demi Lovato‘s 18 birthday! Demi started her career back when she was 7 on the children show Barney, which is how she met her BFF Selena Gomez.
Now Demi Lovato is the star of the Disney show ‘Sonny With A Chance.’ This isn’t her first Disney project though; Demi is also the female star of the Disney TV movie ‘Camp Rock‘ along side with the Jonas Brothers. The sequel, ‘Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam,’ is set to premiere September 3, 2010 on the Disney channel.
Demi got the chance to break away from her Disney girl image with an appearance on the medial drama Grey’s Anatomy. Demi’s played a disturbed teenage patient.
Aside from acting Demi Lovato has put out two studio albums along with putting out music on the soundtracks for her movies and TV shows she has been involved with.
