A few weeks ago I wrote about New York Knicks star Amare Stoudemire‘s visit to Israel and what commitments he will have to make if he wants to keep up with Judaism and its holidays. Earlier this week, Amare put a video of him touring around Israel and visiting famous sites and landmarks on his Twitter page.
This comes on the heels of him announcing on an interview with an Israeli news station that he will indeed observe Judaism and celebrate all the holidays. It is interesting to watch this video and see him visiting landmarks such as the Dead Sea and even floating in it!
The video shows him putting Dead Sea mud all over his body, which is oftenly used as spa treatment to make your skin smoother and healthier. It also features him visiting the ancient site of Masada with his entourage, where there are ancient palaces and fortifications. Check out the video and let me know if you think he is for real.
