Kanye West may not have the same experiences as Will Smith, but he is indeed ready to be the Fresh Prince of Bel Air in his brand new home alongside expecting girlfriend Kim Kardashian.

The couple dropped $11 million buckaroos for a spot in the posh California neighborhood earlier this week, and is planning to renovate the space before baby Yeezy arrives.
According to TMZ, the already lavish space is being gutted to make way for a 14,000 square-foot dream Italian villa – complete with a gym, movie theater, full hair and makeup salon, bowling alley, basketball court, indoor and outdoor pool and of course, a baby nursery.

Kim & Kanye aren’t the only celebs in the hood, their neighbors will include Jennifer Aniston, LA Clippers player Chris Paul and Girls Gone Wild creator Joe Francis.
