Kim Kardashian and her family most definitely know a thing or two about photo and publicity ops, so rumors that Kim wanted to film her final goodbyes to Kris Humphries after their divorce battle don’t really surprise us!
On Sunday night, a new episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians aired, during which Kim was granted a divorce from her NBA ballin’ ex-hubby. But before she returns to the single life, the new mother revealed she wanted to Skype with Kris one last time to let him know he shouldn’t “believe the hype,” because she “truly did love him.”
According to RadarOnline, it’s that conversation Kim would have wanted to film for her popular reality TV show – but Kris refused.
A source told the gossip site:
“[Kris] said no way. Kris turned down Kim’s offer because he didn’t want to appear on any of the Kardashian reality shows ever again. Kim and Kris haven’t spoken since the divorce was made final, and there are no plans to do so.”
Sources also revealed that though Kim was seen high-fiving and celebrating after the divorce was granted, Kris was very sad and used the time to reflect:
“He heard about it from his friends. On the day the divorce was finalized, Kris was somber and a bit sad. There was absolutely no celebration, or parties.
It was the end of his marriage, and it was a reflective time for him. It didn’t surprise him that Kim carried on the way she did on the show.”
Kim’s marriage may have fallen apart, but her baby sis Khloe and her hubby Lamar are doing great…even amongst rumors of his infidelity.
All’s well that ends well! Honestly, Kim currently has the biggest publicity opportunity she’s ever had in her life – she’s a pretty little munchkin by the name of North West.
