Over the weekend, Los Angeles was home to the 25th Annual GLAAD Media Awards, and some of our favorite stars, from actresses to supermodels were in attendance to recognize and honor those in the media and their representation of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community.
Honorees included Jennifer Lopez and Orange is the New Black’s Laverne Cox, while the likes of Ellen Page, who recently came out, and Chaz Bono showed up to show their support for the evening. But it was Naomi Campbell and Lupita Nyong’o who had some real hair-raising moments on the red carpet, but in the best way possible.

Naomi was foxy rocking a deliciously curly ‘fro for the evening and a leopard-print gown with leather accents. One word: fierce.
Lupita, on the other hand, had a flat top a la Grace Jones. The Oscar-winning actress wore an iridescent Antonio Berardi Pre-Fall 2014 dress that had electric blue panels that matched her Christian Louboutin heels.
J-Lo showed off in a sheer number from Zuhair Murad. She was honored with the Vanguard Award for her work as executive producer on The Fosters.
Wearing a Sebastian Gunawan Red top and skirt with Brian Atwood shoes, Kat Graham showed just a wee bit of skin and kept it cute for the red carpet.
Maria Menounos slipped into a SCK by Sofia Kapiris dress with a sexy leg slit that was still classy and chic at the same time.
Laverne was honored with the Stephen F. Kolzak Award, and was absolutely ravishing in red.
