Yes, you heard right.

After a long wait, Ab-Soul fans are just a few weeks away from hearing his new album These Days… due to release on June 24.

Soul labeled the album a “time capsule,” explaining that it focuses on issues of today:

“A time capsule of these days, literally. What these days feel like, what it sounds like; how things are going for TDE these days, how I feel these days,” he said.

Since the start of album talk, Soul has released two singles titled “Tree of Life” and “Stigmata,” featuring Queens rapper Action Bronson and Philadelphia native Asaad.

At the end of the interview, Soul also hinted that there will definitely be a Black Hippy album sometime in the future. Black Hippy consists of labelmates Jay Rock, ScHoolboy Q, and Kendrick Lamar.

Sounds like a lot for TDE fans to get excited for. Peep the interview with Ab-Soul above.

UPDATE:

“Money is the anthem.”

Ab-Soul releases a new hot track off his 2nd independent album These Days… titled “Hunnid Stax” featuring label mate ScHoolboy Q. Listening to Soulo and Q on a track together gets everyone hype, and this one is no different. The two rap about one main goal – getting money, then spending it on all their pleasures.

“Can’t remember what I did last night, I just wanna spend a hunnid stax every day of my life.”

With a sample of Lana Del Rey’s “National Anthem” on a hip-hop track, it’s already sounding like a banger.
