Iggy Azalea has finally responded to the viral Twitter comments about Nicki Minaj’s award speech at the 2014 BET Awards.
The two female emcees were nominated for “Best Female Hip-Hop Artist,” which at the end of the night Nicki won for the fifth consecutive time. During Nicki’s award speech, she mentioned “When you hear Nicki Minaj spit, Nicki Minaj wrote it.”
This comment had Twitter feeds ranting about Nicki Minaj “throwing shade” towards Iggy Azalea.
Today, Iggy responds to the comments in a calm manner, saying that she felt “unbothered by anything that “happened” at the BET Awards.”
Both ladies claim to have no beef, but is it just a front?
