A newborn baby, who was born just three weeks ago, was found dead in his mom’s Harlem apartment this past week, and now more details are emerging about his death.
According to the NY Daily News, the infant – named Deion McNeil – was found unconscious and bleeding from the head in his 6-year-old brother’s arms, and police are investigating as to whether the brother accidentally shot and killed him.

NYPD Special Victims detectives were still questioning the tot’s mother, Ebony McNeil, early Saturday. The 31-year-old mom was with Deion and her two other children in her Second Ave. apartment when cops were called at 7:30 p.m. Friday, sources said.
Officers arrived at the home — part of the Washington Houses — to find little Deion in his 6-year-old brother’s arms, the sources said. The infant was bleeding from his head, the sources said.
The mother and father were both questioned about the death of Deion, but no one has been charged so far. No one has come out with any details as to what has happened, and so far, an autopsy is still pending.
