Blac Chyna‘s BMW was involved in a horrific car accident on Sunday morning around 1:30 a.m., and now she may be in big legal trouble – even though she probably wasn’t behind the wheel.
TMZ says the Detox Tea pusher’s white BMW was speeding down Reseda Blvd in the San Fernando Valley when it ran a stop sign and hit a car turning left, injuring three passengers. “The collision was so violent Blac Chyna’s car took out a pole and a fire hydrant,” the site reports.
Witnesses saw two Black females leave the car and jump into another vehicle following behind, effectively fleeing the scene. It’s unclear whether Chyna was involved in the accident, as a source says she stayed in Saturday night. She often lends her car to other female friends and her lawyers say she wasn’t in the car at the time of the accident.
Still, this could mean big problems for Chyna. In California, if the owner of a car gives someone else permission to drive and they get in an accident, the owner and driver are legally on the hook.
Meanwhile, Chyna is not too worried about the accident, judging by her latest post. She’s on lockdown and thinking of her old ways.
