The emotions Janet Jackson fans probably have right now are sky-high.
First, the singer announced she’s coming back with a new album called Unbreakable and subsequent tour. Then, she canceled a ton of shows. Then, she canceled the entire tour to have a baby with her husband, Wissam Al Mana.
“We’re in the second leg of the tour, and there actually has been a sudden change,” she announced at the time, “I thought it was important that you be the first to know. My husband and I are planning our family. So I’m going to have to delay the tour.”
Now, she has a video in the works.
At the crack of dawn on Friday, the 49-year-old singer tweeted a gif of her with Antoine Troupe members Taylor Hatala and Kyndall Harris, with the caption “Coming Soon.” Jackson can be seen in the background with her adult dancers.
In the previous post, she says, “Hey you guys, I love and miss you!” But there’s no word on what the gif indicates. However she did publish a lyric video for her single “Dammn Baby” for International Dance Day.
Listen, your guess is as good as ours when it comes to what Ms. Jackson has in the works. But we can assume every dancing singer is on her heels with Beyoncé’s new album and all the positive feedback it’s garnered.
We’re hoping this will produce something epic for Janet.
