Vanessa was looking casual cute with an off the shoulder loose white top, ripped up jeans and sandals, even with close to no make-up on she still looks gorgeous.
Vanessa boyfriend Zac Effron threw a party at a Hollywood Hills home to celebrate being on the cover of the new Details Magazine.
