STOP THE VIOLENCE!

It was fight night in the NBA last night. Washington Wizards rookie point guard, John Wall, got into a heated confrontation with Miami Heat center Zydrunas Ilgauskas. Standing at over 7 feet tall, IIgauskas inadvertently hit Wall with an elbow to the mouth. Wall didn’t take it lightly and delivered a clear punch to the body of IIgauskas. A fracas ensued leading to the ejection of both Wall and IIgauskas.

In Atlanta, NBA Hall of Famer and Atlanta Hawks television analyst Dominique Wilkins was attacked by a former referee after the Hawks game. Rashan S. Michel, 36, was arrested and charged with one count of battery, to add insult to injury Michel suffered a black eye during the altercation.
