Exclusive Toya Carter VS. Rihanna: Cage Match

Rihanna wore a Cage Dress by FUNKTIONAL (only $85.00) before she took the stage in London for her Rated R comeback show Nov. 5th 2009. A few days ago Toya Carter showed up on E!’s Chelsea Lately wearing the same dress. I love this dress and I think Toya filled it out well, I also fill like Rihannas’ legs look great in a mini, so Im torn! Who do you think wore it better?
