Katy Perry sang happy birthday on top of an elephant, Eve rocked the party, Lindsay Lohan danced with Perez and Justin Beiber partied like a rock star with grown folks. Perez Hilton tweeted the night away from his party in total awe of his life saying ‘OMG! @katyperry just sang Happy Birthday to me on top of a fucking elephant!!! Yes, this is my life. Pinches self!’
