After the two hour American Idol finale last night, winner Lee DeWyze celebrated at an after party at the Mondrian Hotel in Hollywood last night, May 26.
The Season 9 champion was dressed to impress as he made his exit from the party, rocking a black jacket, white button-up shirt and black tie.
When discussing the big night, Lee told host Ryan Seacrest, “This is amazing! Thank you guys so much for everything… I can’t believe this… I’m so happy right now. I’ve never been happier in my life!” DeWyze continued, ‘Throughout the season, the word ‘confidence’ has come up with me a lot. I think looking confident and being confident are two different things for me. If I wasn’t confident, I wouldn’t be able to do this.’
