It’s no surprise that Lady Gaga has saturated pop culture yet again. The superstar only released the first single ‘Born This Way’ off her upcoming album of the same name on February 11th, but already the club-friendly, disco heavy, Madonna tribute has sold more than one million downloads in under five days, topping the iTunes chart in 23 countries as well as becoming the 1,000th number one on the US Billboard chart last week.

But ‘Born This Way’ is not the only thing up Gaga’s sleeve. In fact, Rolling Stone just released new details about a few of the tracks on her new album, due out May 23rd.

‘Judas,” is the reported next single, a “pop banger,” with lyrics like: “I’m just a holy fool / baby it’s so cool / I’m still in love with Judas, baby.”

“Edge Of Glory” is “incredibly catchy” and features saxophone playing by Clarence Clemons of Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band fame.

“Hair” features Gaga singing the line “I am my hair!” Maybe it’s a sequel to her previous song ‘Teeth’?

Regardless of these new, as-yet-unheard tracks, ‘Born This Way’ is an unapologetic anthem for the singer’s gay and ethnic fans, as well as ‘Little Monsters’ everywhere, but it has also garnered criticism for its sonic similarity to Madonna’s 1989 hit ‘Express Yourself.’ GlobalGrind took a look at some of the song’s lyrics and broke it down line by line. LYRIC: ‘It doesn’t matter if you love him, or capital H-I-M/Just put your paws up/’Cause you were born this way, baby.’

Right at the beginning, Lady Gaga is making it clear that ‘Born This Way’ is a love letter to her fans, who largely include the gay community. She references gay men and the community’s conflicted relationship with religion. ‘Paws’ refers to ‘The Monster Claw’ or ‘Paw.’ Gaga refers to her fans as ‘Little Monsters’ because of their exuberant reactions to her during live performances. ‘Paws Up’ shows that her Little Monsters agree or are inspired by something in the same way Gaga is. So Gaga is calling all her fans to arms!
