The Columbian pop star Shakira is set to perform at the last game of the 2010 World Cup Tournament. She also performed at the opening ceremony on June 10th. She is set to sing her own version of ‘Waka Waka’ also known as This Time for Africa. She is a cowriter on the song which happens to be the official song of the world cup.She is under a lot of pressure performing again for one of the most watched games in the world.
The ceremony will be “more youthful and a bit more technologically advanced”(compared to the first) said Committee Spokesman Jermaine Craig. Shakira is the perfect pick to shut down the house for the final game with her exotic dances moves and seductive voice.
