The year started off a bit rocky for Radric Davis (better known to the world as Gucci Mane) but now he’s a free man and ready to release those pent up raps he wrote while spending a few months of his life behind the walls. In a talk with famed Atlanta resident DJ Greg Street, Gucci Mane announces that he will release his newest album, The Appeal, on September 28, 2010. This highly anticipated release will feature production from Swizz Beats, Wyclef Jean and Pharrell. Gucci Mane, a rapper who started off on in Atlanta’s underground, has been one of the most buzzworthy rap artists of the year being featured on songs with Mariah Carey, Usher, Lil’ Wayne, Nicki Minaj and a host of other chart-topping hit makers. Look out, it seems like winter will be coming a little early this year. BURR!
