Justin Bieber has been on a whirlwind tour of Japan to promote his album overseas and it seems like Japanese residents are no less impervious to his charms than the rest of the world!
Biebs was spotted at the Tokyo Dome City LaQua Garden today performing three of his mega-hits: ‘Baby,’ ‘U Smile’ and ‘Never Say Never.’
Dressed in his cute nerdy glasses, a plaid shirt and ever-present cool sneakers, Bieber also received a plaque, framing his best selling album.
