It’s no surprise that Selena Gomez has been a favorite topic of conversation lately.
From interviews to performances, from her rollercoaster relationship with Justin Bieber to her anticipated new album, Selena is handling it all. But it’s unfortunate that this time around, the Stars Dance singer is in the spotlight for bad judgment.
On Fourth of July, the almost 21-year-old singer and her underage boyfriend Bieber were out celebrating at a Hollywood Hills party with friends. But unbeknownst to them, a photo of the Biebs holding a beer bottle was snapped and released to TMZ for the public to see.
Selena was by her boyfriend’s side, so she was aware of the underage drinking that was going on.
In a recent interview with The Guardian, the “Come & Get It” singer explained how she can’t be afraid to live her life.
“But I’ve learned a lot. You keep the things that are super-private to yourself,” says the Spring Breakers actress. “I definitely want to do that now. But it’s so hard.”
Hopefully the series of unfortunate events that keep on occurring with Bieber will teach Selena a thing or two.
Plus she’s almost 21, so she should take the booze from Bieber for herself next time!
