Kanye West will escape that felony robbery charge!
After the “Blood On The Leaves” rapper was spotted attacking paparazzi last week, reports have surfaced that the charge is not going to stick.
We’ve all heard that they are investigating the photographer’s allegation that Kanye tried to steal his camera, but TMZ sources say that it won’t work. The D.A. will not charge Kanye with felony attempted robbery, because there’s no proof he tried to steal the paparazzo’s camera.
That will lead to the charges being downgraded to a misdemeanor and then dropped all together. If you remember the video, ‘Ye said he’d pay him a quick $250K and it will all go away.
Well it looks like something like that is going to happen and it’s called a civil compromise.
Smart move! While Ye escapes the hands of justice this time, this type of behavior is going to get costly.
Hopefully, Yeezus can learn to play nice!
