Awww – Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann are such a beautiful couple!
The Real Housewives of Atlanta reality TV star is dealing with a lot right now, as she is pregnant with twins and her football-playing husband recently underwent surgery for a torn Achilles tendon. Kim ain’t worried about a thing though, and is making sure to keep her family close during these trying times.
The popular pair was caught all cuddled up, as they slept together in Kroy’s hospital bed.
