It’s already been established that the newly-married jack of all trades and master of everything, Pharrell Williams, is a vampire (seriously, he hasn’t aged since 25) but the 40-year-old’s secret to always-flawless, always-glowing blemish-free skin may be as simple as finding a routine and sticking to it. Oh, and washing your damn face. We guess our moms were right.
Into The Gloss caught up with Pharrell and asked him the question that we have all wanted to know: what is the secret to your immortality? OK, they may have just asked him about his skincare regimen and this is what he said:
“You have to clean your face. You can’t sit around and assume it’s going to be OK. I wash my face every day—don’t be afraid to wash yours before you go to bed!”
You hear that makeup lovers? Pharrell continues:
“You have to take care of your skin. Years and years and years ago, Naomi Campbell pulled me aside and said, ‘Listen, this is what you have to do—you have to go to a dermatologist; you can’t keep using drugstore products.’ Well, you can, but with the store products you have to be really diligent. At the end of the day, you just have to take care of your face.”
