Last night, New York City brought out all of its glamorous gems once again at New York City’s Cipriani for the 2013 Angel Ball.
Pharrell Williams and his new wife Helen took the red carpet for the first time since their Miami wedding. Rita Ora was on the scene staying true to her DKNY spokeswoman duties in a Donna Karan Atelier silver gown perfected with her Rimmel red lip. And model Jessica White took a page from Ciara’s book when she slipped into a Michael Costello mesh embroidered gown.
While there were a number of New York’s best dressed in attendance, Tina Knowles was the one who stole the show.
Beyonce’s mom was on the scene with what some are calling her new boyfriend, Mr.Richard Lawson. Tina was looking every type of gorgeous in a black lace gown, emerald jewels and pin straight hair.
