Some people take Halloween to a whole other level.

This was the story when border officials at Montreal Trudeau International Airport busted a 26-year-old passenger with four-and-a-half pounds of pumpkins stuffed with cocaine.

Airport officials had an inkling the pumpkins were a little “special” when they noticed that they were a tad heavier than normal.

The passenger, Mercedes Jerez Farias, was arrested and charged with drug possession and importing illegal substances.

If convicted, she faces a minimum of two years in the slammer (ouch).
