Here are some random facts to spruce up your Monday.

Olympic track favorite Usain Bolt loves to run, loves the ladies, and surprisingly…loves Chicken McNuggets.

In his new memoir Faster Than Lighting, the athlete talks about his time at the Beijing Olympics where he ate McDonalds for breakfast, lunch and sometimes dinner.

“At first I ate a box of 20 for lunch, then another for dinner. The next day I had two boxes for breakfast, one for lunch and then another couple in the evening. I even grabbed some fries and an apple pie to go with it,” he writes.

During his 10-day stay in Beijing, Bolt scarfed down over 100 nuggets a day and still managed to get the gold medal. In all, that’s over 1,000 chicken nuggets. And no, he didn’t look like dude from Super Size Me afterwards. But it’s still pretty gross to think about that many chicken nuggets in your system.

Hey, works for him!
