Rihanna was spotted out in New York City this weekend, taking full advantage of the break in the chilly weather when she slipped out of her hotel room in a very sexy velvet body suit that had the cheeks on full display, paired with black thigh-high boots. But the cheeky bottoms were only distracting from one thing: Rihanna’s new hair.
The queen of follicular diversity was sporting a choppy bob perfected by her long-time hair stylist Ursula Stephens, featuring a shaggy bang and wispy layering.

Now, on to the sexy romper. The piece is from her latest, and final, collection with River Island. The velvet romper features a high ’90s-style neck and padded shoulders. RiRi topped off the look with a lip from her RiRi hearts MAC collection and headed to SL Lounge in New York City’s Meatpacking District.
