Paul Walker’s sudden and tragic death following a spontaneous car ride with a friend, shocked the world and crushed millions of fans who knew him for his great acting career and epic role in the Fast & Furious film series.

Now, there are more details as far as funeral arrangements, the reason he may have died in the crash, and more.

According to TMZ, Paul’s family is planning on having a private and very small funeral – only family, castmates, and crew will be invited – as it is a difficult time for his loved ones, especially his 15-year-old daughter Meadow. As though the situation isn’t already heartbreaking enough, US Weekly just made it all the more sad, as they are releasing an interview Paul did two weeks before he died.

He gushed about how perfect his daddy-daughter relationship with Meadow was:

“‘I’m glad I had her at 25, because at 40 and 15, we’re matching up sweet. It’s just working,’ the blue-eyed star told Us at an event for his film Hours in mid-November. ‘It’s perfect.'”

According to an E! source, the funeral will be held this weekend (as the family just claimed his remains from the coroner’s office yesterday). The source revealed that Meadow is dealing with it as best as she can, considering:

“‘She is doing OK and as well as can be expected,’ the insider said. ‘She is a little lost right now and is spending a lot of time with her close friends.'”

What’s crazy is Meadow may have lost her dad because of a few bumps in the road. TMZ learned that experts told his family:

“A car going speeds approaching 90 MPH will lose traction after hitting a series of Botts’ Dots. It’s akin to driving on ice — and  control is further compromised by the fact that the Porsche was outfitted with special racing tires that have very little tread.”

On a brighter note, at least we’ll all get to watch Paul do his thing one more time in Fast & Furious 7. According to RadarOnline, he wouldn’t have wanted to be cut out of the movie, so producers are leaving him in!

“Paul absolutely loved being a part of the Fast & Furious franchise. His family knows writers and producers will handle Paul’s death with dignity and understanding. Of course his family is focused on Paul’s upcoming funeral, and taking care of his teenage daughter, Meadow.”

Rest in peace Paul, we will miss you.
