This comes as no surprise.
Beyonce has sold over a million digital copies of her “surprise” album Beyonce. Within 72 hours of its release, Beyonce’s album had moved upwards of 617,000 copies, according to Nielsen Soundscan.
As of now, Beyonce’s self-titled album is the fastest selling album in iTunes history, and is currently the 24th best-selling LP of the year. The physical copies of Beyonce’s visual album are now available on the “Drunk In Love” singer’s site.
Beyonce will be available in major music retailers (except Target) by Christmas. Beyonce is projected to move another 250,000 copies in its second week. Congrats Bey!
