It’s a new year, and there’s some new 50 Cent music. But 50 is back to his old ways.
The rapper dropped a new freestyle called “This is Murder Not Music.” Despite the song’s menacing title, 50 is very calm as he raps braggadocio rhymes over a clam ’90s-inspired beat.
It’s the last two minutes of the track where the magic happens: he rants, reminding those in the rap game that he “had your style ten years ago, I just didn’t use it.”
It sounds like 50 wants that throne back.
