A judge in Santa Clara, CA has granted Paul Walker‘s dying wish to have his father put in place as the executor of his estate.

During a court hearing yesterday, Paul Walker Sr. was granted executorship of his late son’s estate while the entire Walker family was present in court, including 15-year-old daughter Meadow and her mother, Rebecca Soteros.

However, a decision has not yet been made about who will become Meadow’s guardian. Walker gained custody of Meadow in 2011 from her mother, who raised her in Hawaii.

Meadow is currently living in California with her grandmother, and she wants to remain there. Meadow’s birth mother is OK with the current set up – but only time will tell who becomes her legal guardian.

After his death in a horrifying car crash last year, Paul left his daughter his entire $25 million dollar fortune.
